Last year's gig at the 12-Bar Club was a great success which sold out months in advance, and so Hux has joined forces with Adrian Whittaker to put the band on at a larger venue.

Tim Booth, Tim Goulding and Ivan Pawle, augmented by Joe Thoma (fiddle and mandolin and a Strangely since 1980) will perform the entire Kip album, plus a variety of material from their early career and maybe a few new songs.

At the last London gig they were supported by Joe Murphy (his Something in the Water duo); this time Joe's band Sgt Buzfuz will perform.

Additionally, a late set from Glassglue.

An eccentric bunch of musicians who are beefier than Beefheart ...great stage presence and short sharp songs that are quirky and work well... enthusiastic, intelligent, bright, sharp, concise and minimalistic in their no nonsense approach.
