Blodwyn Pig - The Basement Tapes

Mick Abrahams was a founder member of Jethro Tull but left in 1968 to form Blodwyn Pig. This album is comprised solely of unreleased recordings from the BBC radio archive and, in addition, two studio recordings from 1996.

The 8-page booklet includes comprehensive liner notes by David Rees who publishes the Jethro Tull fanzine "A New Day" and band photographs.

"This album serves as a handy guide through the Blodwyn Pig story, showing the full range of acoustic blues, heavy rock and progressive blues/rock that endeared them to real music lovers in the 70's and still excites the fans in the 90's"
